Question: Do I need to contact anyone before I launch my boat?
Answer: Before your boat goes in the water, it must be registered with, and approved by the Riverlakes Ranch Master Association. You may obtain a boat permit decal by completing a boat registration application, whichis available on this page. The charge for the first boat permit is $30.00. This is a two (2) year permit, and the renewal charge is $10.00. Your boat must meet all requirements of the California Department of Boating and Waterways and the Coast Guard.
Question: What procedure must I follow if I want to make an architectural or landscape change to my property?
Answer: All architectural and landscape modifications must be approved in advance by the Design Review Committee.
